Important Safety Information

We are thrilled to announce the reopen date of Eternal Hair & Esthetics will be Tuesday May 26th per New Jersey State’s latest Executive Order. Please read the following safety and infection control protocols being implemented in order to keep everyone healthy.

  • Appointments are being taken at half volume to slow patient traffic and accommodate everyone.
  • No more than three people will be permitted in the waiting room at one time.
  • All patients are required to wear face masks in the office except when undergoing facial treatments.
  • At check-in, your temperature will be taken with an infrared sensor and you will be asked to fill out and sign a short questionnaire ensuring that you are not currently sick or recently exposed to high-risk individuals or conditions. It is at our discretion to determine the safety of your visit and whether or not a patient can be seen.
  • Although multiple treatments are traditionally performed in a single visit (and often by various medical providers at Eternal Hair & Esthetics) there may be limitations to how many treatments can be performed based on staff and room availability. We will do our best to accommodate each patient’s needs, but please be aware that another appointment may be necessary for certain add-on procedures.
  • Patients are to come to the office alone unless a Medical Aid is required.
  • Only one patient is permitted per treatment room – no exceptions.
  • Checkout, skincare purchases and future appointment scheduling will all take place in the treatment rooms. A receptionist will come to you.
  • Hallways will be for staff use only. Patients will be required to remain in either the waiting room or a designated treatment room at all times.
  • Please show up for your appointment on time. Patients who arrive early or late may have to wait outside the office building to maintain a safe level of volume in the office. If you are late and it poses a threat to safe patient flow, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
  • Walk-ins are not permitted.

We appreciate your understanding and compliance and invite you to call us ahead of your appointment with any questions or concerns.
